Client photo privacy
This policy applies to the optional photos you choose to send with a booking or contact enquiry.
Purpose and consent
Photos are optional. If you upload one, it is used only to support your specific healing enquiry or session request. Please do not upload a photo unless you are comfortable sharing it for that purpose.
Restricted access
Photos are stored in private application storage and are not published, linked publicly, or included in website pages. Access is limited to the Healing Hands practitioner when reviewing your enquiry.
Retention
Photos are retained for no longer than 30 days from upload, unless a shorter period is requested. They are not kept for marketing, testimonials, or any unrelated purpose.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected] from the email address used for your enquiry. Include the approximate date of your submission so the photo can be identified and removed.
